Has to be Mrs Dalloway - the book I've read the most times (apart from the Bible), and the book I used to help me relearn to read after my stroke 11 years ago (aged 43 at the time).
The Collected Works of Jane Austen.
(Well it's a single volume on my Kindle, so I'm going to call it a 'book'.)
Into the Woods by John Yorke. A bit sad, but hey.
The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame ... childhood boat memories and 'Poop! Poop!' Toady how I loved you!
The Count of Monte Cristo, it came at a time when I need the life lessons and helped me move on from my childhood. I reread it every few years and wallow in the language and descriptions. despite knowing it well I would still read it again!
Probably 1066 and all that, an absolute classic!
